Máscara de hidratação para todos os tipos de cabelo

Material

• Touca de alumínio para cabelo
• Qualquer creme para cabelo
• Piranha para prender o cabelo

Esta máscara é muito simples e rápida. É a mesma máscara que os salões de beleza fazem e cobram uma fortuna!

Num dia que você estiver com tempo para ficar no mínimo uma hora de bobeira em casa, faça! Seus cabelos ficarão com brilho e macios!

O primeiro passo é tomar um banho normal, lavando os cabelos como sempre, com o xampu e condicionador da sua preferência.

Feito isso, e já fora do chuveiro, tire todo o excesso de água do cabelo e penteie o cabelo.

Lembre-se: os cabelos nunca devem ser secos esfregando a toalha no cabelo. Apenas envolva a toalha nos cabelos, e aperte suavemente. Isso evita que eles fiquem quebradiços e com pontas duplas!

Na pia do banheiro, pegue um creme de cabelo de sua preferência. Eu já usei várias marcas, mas o que eu mais gostei (e é super barato) foi o NOVEX CREME, da marca Embelleze.

• Separe uma mecha de cabelo, e passe o creme uns 3cm longe da raiz.
• Vá fazendo massagens na mecha de cabelo, no sentido da raiz até a ponta dos cabelos.
• Fique massageando cada mecha uns 2 minutos.
• Separe o cabelo em várias mechas, e passe o creme em todas, sempre passando o creme da raiz até as pontas.

Repita este processo no cabelo todo.

O importante desta hidratação é a massagem no cabelo. É isso que fazem no salão: uma vigorosa massagem no cabelo com um creme qualquer.

Com o cabelo todo massageado, pegue uma touca de alumínio que você compra em lojas de cosmético. Custa menos de 4 reais, e dura anos. (Esta touca é a substituta daquelas toucas horrorosas e perigosas de antigamente, que se ligava na tomada!).

Prenda o cabelo num coque com a piranha, e coloque a touca de alumínio. Fique com a touca por no mínimo 30 minutos.

Após os 30 minutos é hora de enxaguar o cabelo. Mas você não precisa entrar no banho novamente. Um outro segredo dessa hidratação é enxaguar o cabelo com água fria. E para isso, lave os cabelos no tanque de lavar roupa! Assim, você tira todo o creme do cabelo com água fria, e não molha o corpo para não passar frio.

A água fria é importantíssima para não ressecar o cabelo. Ela fecha as escamas do cabelo, evitando as pontas duplas, a quebra, e o ressecamento. E dá brilho.

Após lavar os cabelos com água fria, enrole uma toalha na cabeça e espere secar um pouco. Penteie os cabelos normalmente, e deixe secar naturalmente. Ou se quiser ficar mais arrumada, faça uma escova ou chapinha.

O Estética Brasil separou pra você uma receita caseira à base de abacate e iogurte que possui um efeito muito próximo ao de uma hidratação realizada com os produtos do salão. É uma receita bem simples, indicada para mulheres com cabelos mais ressecados.

Ingredientes:

• 1/2 abacate;
• 1 copo (aproximadamente 250 ml) de iogurte natural;
• 1 xampu de sua preferência;

Preparo:

Bata o iogurte com o abacate no liquidificador.

Aplicação:

Lave o cabelo com xampu (2 ou 3 vezes). Divida o cabelo em mechas e vá aplicando somente no comprimento e nas pontas. Use uma toca por 40 minutos (opcional, mas aumenta o efeito).

Excelentes cremes manter os cabelos hidratados!
